| Board Meeting held in Melbourne |

Sai Cheng Logistics International Co., Ltd. Held its Board meeting in Melbourne from 30th to 31st March 2010.
Board Directors unanimously agreed that Mr. Ahmed Fahour would assume the director post and succeed Graeme John as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Sai Cheng Logistics International Co., Ltd.
The meeting completed all the items on the agenda presided by the Vice Chairman. The directors reviewed Sai Cheng's First Five Years Development history and discussed the operating performance of the first two periods in 2010. The main discussion focused on the Second Five Years Strategic Plan of Sai Cheng Logistics.
The second board meeting will held in Beijing in June.
